The Nigeria Police is reported to have summoned three staff of Leadership Newspaper to report at the force Headquarters, Abuja.

Those said to be summoned include: The Group News Editor, Tony Amokeodo; Chibuzor Ukaibe and Taiwo Ogunmola Omilam; the Correspondents for Abuja and Lagos respectively.

The summon is alleged to be in connection with a front-page story published in Leadership of Wednesday April 3, 2013, titled “Outrage trails presidential directive on Tinubu, APC” with a kicker “Bromide of the presidential directive”.
